Weekend Review - Easter, cupcakes, busy busy!

My Easter weekend was great. Friday I had off and got some flowers planted and things done around our house. Then we had a bonfire that night with some friends... fun times!

Saturday consisted of more work outside.. but we were very productive, or should I say, Ryan was very productive (I did help!) 

He put me in a clothes line and a raised herb bed.. it looks great. I'm getting so excited now... LESS THEN 3 WEEKS!

I ended my Saturday night making these babies... Cookie Dough cupcakes with Cookie dough Icing.. SO YUMMY.. I do impress myself sometimes.

Yummy treats

 

Here are some yummy treats I made this past weekend for Ryan's family Christmas party...

Chocolate Mocha Peppermint Cupcakes...

I'm not even a big fan of peppermint, but these were pretty tasty.

These little babies were not an easy bake... four hours later and 3 dozen cupcakes were done. Totally worth it though..
